Another label that has been associated with me in recent times is that of Slut. This I think is the underlying cause of me getting all narky about the other labels, imposed upon me.

According to gURL.com This label is used “to describe woman for being sexually promiscuous--whether she is or not. It's sometimes used to taunt females who have been raped, and to embarrass girls who go through puberty before their peers.”

This is definitely a case of describing someone, me, by a feature, which is not present. Sexual promiscuity is not existent in my life. I seriously doubt I would have taken offence to the label if it was in its slightest bit true. But it soo isn’t.

Promiscuous is not a word I would ever associate with me. And that is not only my opinion. I feel that many of my friends would agree with that.

Perhaps not the one that called me a slut, but not sure how serious she was when she said it. Either way, offence was still taken; I was still hurt by it.
